Job Description:
- lan, develop and implement activities for machine shop management and development so as to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales (covering relevant areas of operation - eg manufacturing, maintenance, quality and Other areas which fall within remit according to organizations structure)
2. Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of machine shop management.
3. Monitor, measure and report on manufacturing plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
4. Prepare and implement process plans, quality plans, CNC programs, Tool lists etc.
5. Recruit and train people and ensure that employees are motivated to grow. - 2-3 years inCNCMachine Setting, Programming and Operation of HMCs.
- Previous experience in operating Horizontal Machining Centers for machining hydraulic manifolds.
- Will report to direct business development.
