PRODUCTION HEAD-HEAVY FABRICATION

Job Description:

As  Operation, Responsible of production operation like- Heavy  fabrication shop & Assembly  shop of  ,Production,  PPC, Store, Shot blasting, QA/QC, M/C Testing, Paint shop , V & D, NPD, Design & Dispatch. Made marks by bringing about a major improvement in productivity & achieved the set targets.

 CNC & VMC KNOWLEDGE 

• Designing and implementing systems and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall production operations and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Responsible for fabricating the components by proper studying the drawings and as per the Customer Requirements also involved in process control, monitoring, improvements rework analysis & Welding and Welder performance.
• Involved in the preparation of critical work center schedules, monitoring the output and prepare weekly work center. Monitoring planned Versace actual manufacturing status and analyzing the details for improvements.

• Coordinate with various functions like projects, design, Engineering,  procurement, V & D etc
• Breaking all previous working mindset & improving productivity & achieved more than budgeted production target & increase flexibility catering to needs of seasonality.
• Proven abilities to enhance Production Process, Optimize Resources & Capacity Utilization, Escalate the Productivity & operational efficiencies, while curtailing costs and expenses.
• Responsible for 100% achievement of production and dispatch plan according to marketing requirement aligned Quality standard.
• Drive improvements in plant availability and performance, including costs, by the implementation of operational with best practices.
