Responsibilities:
> Experience Strategy, End-to-End design - concept to realization, Consulting and client advocacy.
> Ensure that innovation, quality, time and budgetary goals are met.
> Deliver an engaging experience for our clients in every interaction.
> Bring to work the latest and best design practices, approaches, tools & techniques.
> Be an equal partner and co-own the experience for the clients.
> Identify UX problems and devise elegant solutions to solve these problems.
Requirements:
> Demonstrable skills in one of the design disciplines viz., Interaction Design, Digital Graphics Design, Service Design, Business Design, Brand Experience Design, Interactive Installations.
> Medium-agnostic capabilities, being able to conceive and develop enduring Experience solutions whether they involve space, tangible products, touch-screen devices, or a combination of these.
> Grasp of design and technology trends.
> Solid communication skills.
> Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams to achieve team goals.
> Excellent design-thinking.
> A strong desire to be a game-changer combined with a passion for excellence.
> A curious mind and willingness to learn.
> A disregard for hierarchy and affinity for egalitarian, peer-to-peer environment.
> Appreciate aesthetic details.
> Skills and ability to rationalize and articulate concept & ideas.
