Project Manager

     ·Ideal candidate possesses a strong background (5+ years) in project management 

·Ability to work with multiple stakeholder and cross functional teams to drive project/program deliverables and improve process efficiency

·Demonstrate strong track record of team leadership within a large scale rapid environment – must have end to end management experience in customer facing role

·Candidate with good exposure in setting up a program, hiring, scaling and managing large teams, and process improvement

·Strong problem-solving skills and the abilities to analyse quantitatively, scope technical requirements and effectively prioritize program deliverables are essential

·Leadership with demonstrated skills in people management, operations management and delivering results

·Excellent communication (English written and verbally) and stakeholder management skills

·Able to step back and look at the bigger picture, the person will also be able to manage ambiguity with their sleeves rolled up, and possess a preparedness to get involved

·Expertise in Agile delivery

·Possess strong business acumen

·Knowledge of Java and UI technologies would be an added advantage
