Job Description:
- Preparing entire export documentation (pre & post documents), preparing commercial Invoices &
Packing list, Annexure & VGM, RFID Sealing, Shipping mark, LC documents, importing country
certification, insurance & many more document prepared as per customer requirements
- Preparing Air cargo shipping documents with customs regularities
- Preparing all shipping documents of Re-Import and Re-Export Cargos with all customs regularities.
- Orders follow up with buyers and prepare shipment schedule accordingly.
- Arrangement of documents from CHA, Shipping Line, Surveyor, Fumigator and Plant quarantine
- Department Etc. - Coordination with Factories / Consignee / Shipping Line / Transporter / CHA /
Forwarder Export shipment.
