We have an urgent opening for the position of Posting Specialist for a reputed Healthcare Company.

Job description

• Evaluates and ensures that all claims denied or underpaid inappropriately by payors are identified, appealed, and reversed.
• Should understand advanced concepts within Revenue Cycle including Coding, Registration or Billing Office processes.
• Clinical documentation knowledge is also a critical requirement for this position. 
• This position is responsible for actively supporting the execution of strategic initiatives, root cause analysis, metric/report development as it relates to denials management. 

Minimum Infrastructure required - Computer System, Broadband Internet Connectivity.

Education

• UG : Any Graduate in Any Specialization
• PG : Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization

Required Candidate profile:

• Must have worked as Specialist in Payment Posting Dept.

• Experience in a Revenue Cycle Management
• Keen attention to detail with ability to spot trends and proactively reduce denials

• Experience in working with out-of-network PT, Chiro, neurology, and internal medicine providers
• Experience in billing for labs preferred

• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience interacting directly with US clients to resolve Posting/Denial issues.

Preferred Experience

4 years’ experience in Hospital/Clinic Revenue Cycle as Supervisor, Auditor, Analyst, or other professional level Revenue Cycle position.

Key Skills – Payment Posting, Denial Management Specialist, Fair Knowledge of Credentialing, Computer proficiency & Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management, Typing speed 30 wpm.
