We have an urgent opening for the position of Healthcare Assistant for a reputed Healthcare Company.
Job Description:
A US-based digital health company is seeking nurses and medical assistants to lead day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include:
- Managing a remote patient monitoring program- using an online dashboard to track which patients' data is out of range, following up with patients accordingly, and reminding them regularly take their blood pressure and Diabetes A1c readings
- Scheduling appointments with patients
- Handling incoming ePrescription requests. Working with pharmacies and doctors to fill patient's prescriptions
- Triaging eFaxes, patient phone calls, and messages
- Verifying patient insurance eligibility
Requirements
- 3 -5 years experience
- Excellent verbal English skills
- Strong internet connection, a place to work with limited background noise
- Willingness to work 10 am - 8 pm EST (8.30 pm - 6 am IST) and weekends
- Several options for schedule available:
- 3 days on, 4 days off
- 4 days on, 3 days off
- or 5 days on, 2 days off
