Job Description:
Job Title: Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Senior Process Executive / Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Job Summary:
The PTP Senior Process Executive / SME will be responsible for managing end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, vendor management, payments, and reconciliations. The role involves driving process improvements, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice & Payment Processing:
- Process PO& Non PO vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Validate invoices against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage payment processing, ensuring timely vendor payments.
Vendor & Dispute Management:
- Maintain vendor master data and ensure accuracy in records.
- Handle vendor queries and disputes, providing timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for issue resolution.
Reconciliation & Reporting:
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to PTP transactions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) or Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Strong understanding of invoice processing, vendor management, and reconciliations.
- Experience with ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX 12 is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solvi
