Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support and drive projects for HR analytics; leveraging employee data to deliver critical reporting and insights (inferential/predictive)
  • Support dashboarding and reporting requirements, feeding back the findings to relevant stakeholders; documenting changes to existing dashboards as needed
  • Create reporting templates that can be automated or easily generated based on core data
  • Driving data visualization requirements across various HR metrics and views
  • Present, explain and discuss results of analyses to effectively drive fact-based decision making within all levels of the organization
  • Engage stakeholders in change agendas; support HR transformation project delivery and tracking
  • Ability to focus on detail, while keeping an eye on the larger picture

 

Minimum Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Highly proficient in Excel (creating formulas, macros, pivot tables, dashboards)
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools: Tableau/Power BI etc. and predictive analytical methods
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate complex issues in a straightforward manner to varied audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and influencing at managerial level, good understanding and interest towards systems, data and automation
  • Strong sense of commitment towards work
