HR Analytics - Process Manager - Mumbai/Pune
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support and drive projects for HR analytics; leveraging employee data to deliver critical reporting and insights (inferential/predictive)
- Support dashboarding and reporting requirements, feeding back the findings to relevant stakeholders; documenting changes to existing dashboards as needed
- Create reporting templates that can be automated or easily generated based on core data
- Driving data visualization requirements across various HR metrics and views
- Present, explain and discuss results of analyses to effectively drive fact-based decision making within all levels of the organization
- Engage stakeholders in change agendas; support HR transformation project delivery and tracking
- Ability to focus on detail, while keeping an eye on the larger picture
Minimum Required Skills and Attributes:
- Highly proficient in Excel (creating formulas, macros, pivot tables, dashboards)
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools: Tableau/Power BI etc. and predictive analytical methods
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate complex issues in a straightforward manner to varied audiences
- Strong stakeholder management skills and influencing at managerial level, good understanding and interest towards systems, data and automation
- Strong sense of commitment towards work
