Job Description:
We are Currently looking for Tender Executive female for reputed company at raipur
Search Government and Private Tenders (online and offline)
· Experience into real estate flats, apartments, bungalows, hospitals, schools tenders will be preferred.
· Prepare all the documents related to the tender; Online registration on the various portals for tender, Online payment, uploading the documents online final submission.
· Study, analyze and evaluate tender documents, drawings, specification, bill of quantities (BOQ) and finalizing scope of work in order to identify risk factors
· To produce exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each individual client, producing the best possible bid for the company.
· Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes.
· Preparation of Check Sheet Tender Preparation dispatch submission (online offline) as per schedule Updating Credential File on real time Arranging other documents wherever necessary
· Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle.
· Enquire, consult and coordinate with client & consultant representatives for specification/ technical clarifications required for tenders and proposals.
· Float inquiries and obtaining rates, quotations, technical literature and brochures for suppliers and sub- contract scope of works.
