Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by managing client communication, coordinating sales activities, maintaining CRM databases, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth end-to-end sales operations. This role acts as the bridge between clients, sales executives, and other departments to deliver exceptional customer service and efficient transaction management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support & Coordination
    • Assist the sales team in handling client inquiries, follow-ups, and property documentation.
    • Coordinate with clients for site visits, meetings, and presentations.
    • Ensure timely updates of leads, prospects, and conversions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare and maintain sales reports, booking updates, and pipeline trackers.
  • Documentation & Administration
    • Manage booking forms, agreements, payment schedules, and other relevant documentation.
    • Coordinate with the legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of sales files.
    • Track payment milestones and assist in collection follow-ups when necessary.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
  • Sales & Marketing Coordination
    • Support marketing campaigns and promotional events for projects.
    • Ensure consistent communication between sales and marketing teams regarding leads, campaigns, and materials.
    • Prepare marketing and sales collateral such as price lists, brochures, and presentations.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Generate and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
    • Track lead-to-sale conversion ratios and suggest improvements for sales effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales processes, documentation, and customer lifecycle.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Lead response time and follow-up quality.
  • Sales data accuracy and reporting timeliness.
  • Client satisfaction and retention rate.
  • Efficiency in documentation and coordination.

 

Salary – 20k to 25k

Timing – 10:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.
