Job Description:

• Monitoring, supervising and coordinating the maintenance & operation of mechanical equipment, E.O.T crane (5 ton to 300 ton) Charging Crane, Mixture Crane

• Leading technical and ensuring targets are achieved, preparing annual budget, managing material inventory and plant expansion works
• Monitoring, supervising and coordinating the maintenance of Mechanical equipment Plan, schedule, conduct, coordinate program of assigned engineering works and project
• Analyzing the reasons for plant tripping, forced outage and to take corrective measures to eliminate the same
• Working as TQM coordinator and maintaining of all equipment Clita, Kaizen, One Poin Lessoin, 5S, Six Sigma, 4I Sheet
• Planning and implementing predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various machinery and equipment to increase machine uptime & equipment reliability
• Identifying areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools
• Ensuring prompt and accurate recording & reporting of preventive maintenance activities, plant malfunctions and corrective actions
• Designing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guideline, procedure and methods
• Managing overall operations for executing projects within cost & time norms; participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking
• Drafting project schedules and monitoring projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure timely execution of projects
• Implementing Quality Management Systems across various processes to attain preset quality standards; ensuring compliance with ISO norms
• Conducting regular inspection & tests to ensure the performance capacity of various machines and equipment and detecting and eliminating root causes of rejections & monitoring performance data
• Implementing and following health and safety policy as per the HSE procedure of the client and HSE department
