Plant Head -GM/DGM- Silvassa/Taloja
Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Plant Head for a reputed Company in Silvassa/Taloja location.
Qualification – BE Chemical Engineering
Experience – 20 years or more
Age:- 40/50
Compensation:- 1.5 to 1.8 Lacs net per month.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Must be manufacturing head or reporting to manufacturing head.
- High level of operational proficiency/experience in loading & unloading of tankers into storage tanks & vice versa.
- Troubleshooting, blending proficiencies.
- Production head & supervising a team of shift managers.
- QC reporting to this position .
- Must have a mature & problem solving approach in dealing with maintainance, QC & Marketing dept.
- Must be able to handle all customers problems.
- Operational in charge of weighbridge & logistics function at the plant.
- Effective coordination with head office on all commercial, marketing & corporate issues affecting plant.
- Must possess liaison expertise & effective in managing the ecosystem & eyes and ears of company on all location.
- Plant operations & admin issues ; will have the HR & Admin function report to him.
