Costing Estimation / Proposal Engineer at Bhosari in Pune

Job Description:

Diploma or BE in Mechanical, production / Any Graduate(Technical exp) with Min Exp. of 2 to 4 Years experience of Heavy Fabrication projects or Sheet metal Industries is mandatory.
Work location: Bhosari in Pune

1. Drawing & process study along with GD & T application for different Heavy Fabrication projects or manufacturing process.
2. Cost Estimation of Heavy Fabrication projects as per drawing or client requirements.
3. Feasibility study & understanding Customer requirement.
4. Supporting the marketing team in preparing the techno commercial quotation.
5. Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects.
6. Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal and external resources.
7. Implemented T.P.M, T.Q.M and Kaizen for Process/ productivity improvement.
8. Work on targets defined in Key Performance Indicators.
9. Preparing WPS, PQR, WPQ as per standard.

Knowledge of Following Processes:
Cutting - Laser, Plasma, Gas, Shearing, Punching.
Forming - Bending, Rolling, pressing, Embossing,
Welding - MIG, TIG, SMAW, FCAW & brazing, Robotics welding etc.
Machining - Turning, Boring, Milling, Grooving, drilling, Tapping
Super Finish-Grinding, Honing.
Surface treatment - sand blasting, shot blasting, painting, powder coating, plating.
