Job Description:
Requirement SHIFT INCHARGE/Sr ENGINEER- MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SPONGE IRON (350*2TPD , 100*2TPD) for integrated steel and power at Raipur
Handling mechanical activities in running maintenance, shutdown maintenance, preventive
maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
Monitoring the root cause of problems arising during routine maintenance work and implementing
systematic solution.
Preparation of preventive maintenance schedule & checklist.
Planning & controlling of spare part planning for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments
to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
Breakdown and Shutdown
end in STACKER CUM RECLAIMER
Maintenance of Belt Conveyor Related Equipments and Joints.
Maintenance of equipments related to Rotary Kiln and Cooler.
Maintenance and installment of equipments related to ESP and fly-ash
handling system
Good perform in managing of Shift Manpower and Materials.
Responsible for preventive maintenance , corrective maintenance and
shutdown maintenance.
