Sales Manager (B2B / Institutional Sales)-Education Industry- Thane
Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Sales Manager (B2B / Institutional Sales)- for a reputed Education Institute at Thane location.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating leads from Open Market who are interested in becoming ALP – Academic Learning Partners for distribution of our services and proliferating our brand name to relevant consumers within their territory
- Explaining our program details, accreditation value, and distribution plan in detail
- Conducting online presentation to share key insights on our Programs and revenue graphs with strategy outlook to prospective Institutional Partners
- Timely closure of targeted ALP per month as per the geographical plan
- Supporting the Institutional Partners (ALP) with required onboarding Kit
- Coordinating with internal team for getting relevant documentation process completed along with agreement closure
- Follow-up with ALP’s on their target closure
- Provide Support and aid concerning training, solving queries, achievement of institutional target, marketing collaterals / promotional activities and others
- Managing end to end onboarding and services of Institutional partners
Business Development
- Providing training to distributors for Business Development.
- Preparing business plans and strategies to develop the business of ALP.
- Planning different kinds of activities to explore better business opportunities and new developments.
- Joint Call - accompanying ALPs for their meet with internal directors/stakeholders.
- Establishing strong relationships and communication with ALPs.
Skills Required:
- Marketing and Education Business Know-how
- Strong relationship Management Skills
- Good convincing Power & Good Communications skills both verbal and written
- A Positive and go-getter attitude & strong team culture
- Entrepreneurial drive, passion, and enthusiasm.
Education Qualification – Graduation / Masters and in the field of Commerce / Business only
Experience: Relevant 2-3 years of experience in leading B2B / Institutional Sales of the Service based organization or its respective product/service
Location of Job: Thane (Candidate should be residing preferably from Central Mumbai or 30 to 50 km nearby Thane location)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office timing: 10.30 am to 7.30 pm
Salary (in-Hand): 30K to 40K / per month
Joining Expected: Immediate
