Senior Java Developer (Fintech)

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Should understand the business requirement, convert the requirement to technical specifications.
• Collaborate in software design activities & discussions with peers.
• Should be able to design, document and develop end to end features.
• Should be able to complete the work with zero to minimal supervision.
• Should be able review and help peers in your day-to-day work.

 
Experience & Qualifications

• 4+ years of product development experience on Java technologies.
• Good understanding and usage of Design patterns.
• Very good in data structures and algorithms
• Very good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Very good in asynchronous programming.
• Hands-on experience with implementing Micro Services, REST API & NOSQL databases.

• Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience on reactive frameworks like vert.x is a plus.

• Experience managing AWS services (EC2, S3, Route 53, ELB, VPC, cloudwatch, Lambda) is a plus.

• Financial services industry experience is a plus.
