Production Manager -Lead/Mixed alloyed sheet - HPS-1010

Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop Roles and Responsibilities for CRM (cold rolling mill) and Pickling line staff.
• Ensure production of Highest Quality Products.
• Monitor Production Programmes and take Corrective action as necessary.
• Match Material and Human Resources to achieve Production targets.
• Support Maintenance Programmes to ensure equipment availability.
• Developing of Standardised work considering built-in quality.
• Controlling Key Performance Indicators at CRM and Pickling as per budget.
• Development and modifications for Process Improvement.
• Provide Technical support for daily production activities. Actively participate in problem-solving for safety, productivity and quality improvement.
• Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Management Reports - Technical, and Performance reports for Pickling Line and CRM.
• Maintaining and improving ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems at CRM and Pickling line.
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities and Process improvements by working closely with Engineers and Quality Department.
• Maintaining a Motivated workforce. 

Notes – we will only looking for candidate have experience in Lead and mixed alloyed sheet manufacturing experience

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualifications required:

• Minimum academic qualification:Degree/diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering
• Total Experience:Min 2-3 years of work experience total cold rolling mill operation
• Industry:only candidate they have experience in lead metal sheet manufacturing
• Main purpose of the position: Coordinate Pickling and Cold rolling Operations
