Project Role : Application Developer Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Must have Skills : SAP HCM Time Management Good to Have Skills : No Industry Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1: Conducts testing of system to ensure software meets process owner specifications 2: Works with business process to develop and analyze SAP application tool needs and determine optimum functionality requirements to meet those needs 3: Configures SAP Time Management and CATS to meet process requirements 4: Analyze and tests SAP software in order to determine functional compatibility and integration issues Technical Experience : 1: With minimum 9 plus years experience 2: Time Management: Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, Time Recording Substitutions, Absences, Absence Counting, Absence Quotas, Leave Entitlement, Overtime and CATS Defines test plans and system documentation to monitor testing for the implementation 3: Should have strong functional skills and have the ability to facilitate group discussions related to business process design; presentation experience, as well as the ability to assist clients in implement Professional Attributes : 1: Strong verbal and communication skills required 2: Good team management skills Educational Qualification : 1: Any Full time Graduation Additional Information : 1: Strong verbal and communication skills required 2: Good team management skills
