PROFICIENCY IN COMMUNICATING IN FLUENT ENGLISH AND IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER IS AN ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENT FOR THIS POST.

Job description:

  • Documenting change or project requirements based on user meetings.
  • Clarifying business requirements.
  • Establishing acceptance criteria
  • Documenting deliverables
  • Validating requirements.
  • Planning and scheduling
  • Escalating delays
  • Testing solutions against requirement
  • Training users
  • Release communication and management
  • Gathering and processing feedback from customer and users
  • Logging and Troubleshooting application issues.
  • Escalating application issues to relevant teams where required.
  • Resolution management for issues
  • Conduct RCA with the responsible teams
  • Identifying high priority incidents, communicating the issue and the impact to relevant
  • stakeholders and coordinating different teams to provide resolution.
  • Checking system logs

 

Working Days: 5 days a week
Saturday working: once in a month
Working hours: 9 hours - UK shifts
