Job Description:

 

 

  • Should have had considerable exposure working in an MNC firm or global culture before 
  • Preferably from a generalist background with experience hiring  Profiles from Jr. to Sr and C level engagement
  • Ability to head-hunt resource via Linkedin, Twitter, and other SM Accounts
  • Find new initiatives to create a talent pool and engage with resources to build a healthy pipelines
  • Plan and design new methods for developing and strengthening HR/ organizational climate throughout the organization
  • Develop organization responsive to changing environment by keeping employees, motivated, innovative and committed
  • Develop open and transparent communication channels in the organization and implement HR Strategies, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, Systems & Policies and Procedures to the last level
  • Exposure in effective implementation of various HR System / Sub – systems and mechanisms
  • Manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing and competitive environment along with some exposure to Office Administration
  • Collaborate with Senior management to undertake Human Resource strategic planning in order to support and advance corporate goals & sustainability
  • A natural forward planner, reliable, tolerant, and determined who critically assesses own performance
  • Knowledge of latest training tools & hands on same
  • Strong understanding of Compliances, Labour Laws, Policies National and State Level both
  • Be a Thought Leader and own the entire HR Division, be responsible for the outcome, define KRA and maintain budgets
  • Should be able to create Collaterals and Documents required, example: JDs, Offer Letter, Appraisal Doc, etc
  • Ability to build automated and scalable processes
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and guide team members
