EXPERIENCE: 1-2 YEARS (DIRECT SALES) OR FRESHERS
AGE: 18-25 YEARS
EDUCATION: GRADUATE/ UNDER GRADUATE
FAMILY BACKGROUND: CLEAN & CULTURED
MARITAL STATUS: SINGLE
LANGUAGES: HINDI, ENGLISH COMPULSORY (TAMIL/TELUGU/MALAYALAM/KANNADA/GUJARATI ARE ALSO PREFERRED )
SALARY: 1.2 LAC TO 1.8 LAC PA (AS PER EXPERIENCE) + HEAVY INCENTIVES + ALLOWANCES + PERKS
GROWTH: WELL DESIGNED FAST GROWTH STRUCTURE
· Analyzing & creating sales options.
· Demonstrating & presenting product well with great communication skills & energy.
· Sells products by following up existing customers and by maintaining relationship with them.
· Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
· Maintains professional and thorough technical knowledge by attending sessions/workshop.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Being flexible with working hours as per requirement of organization.

· Great communicator with logical skills.
· Good follower of management & principal guideline of the organization.
· Meeting with clients on regular basis.

AGE: 25-30 YEARS
EDUCATION: GRADUATE/ POST GRADUATE (MBA PREFERRED)
FAMILY BACKGROUND: CLEAN & CULTURED
MARITAL STATUS: SINGLE/MARRIED
LANGUAGES: HINDI & ENGLISH COMPULSORY (TAMIL/TELUGU/MALAYALAM/KANNADA/GUJARATI ARE ALSO PREFERRED )
SALARY: 2.4 LAC TO 3.0 LAC PA (AS PER EXPERIENCE) + HEAVY INCENTIVES + ALLOWANCES+ PERKS
GROWTH: WELL DESIGNED FAST GROWTH STRUCTURE
· Overall business management/commercial sales experience
· Who can work towards team & company growth.
· Can develop & maintain brand value
· Plan for market strategies & mapping
· Overall 5 station territory management
· Different module to work with relevancy
· Study spirituality, science subject & lead across the globe.
· Manage sales revenue & targets of entire team.
· Competitors analysis, SWOT analysis, BCG matrix, Marketing 4 P's
· Research & development of each product.
· Review marketing activities & overall process for smooth functioning of department.
· Maintain product life cycle of each product graphically.
· Follow complete management process & delegate same to subordinates.
· Work with functional managers and the team to obtain necessary resources to support the team's requirements
· Establish meeting times, places and agendas
· Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
· Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
· Initiate sub-groups or sub-teams as appropriate to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel.
· Knowledge over current industry trends, market activities, sales strategies and competitors.
