Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. The Shift Manager is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Manage staff scheduling and shift coverage

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards

• Assist with training and onboarding new employees

• Prepare shift reports and communicate updates to upper management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
