Sales Operations
We are looking for team members who can drive success for our ‘Focus Customer Accounts’. This role will be a fascinating experience for individuals looking for a multi-faceted role that will demand you bring to work the best version of yourself daily. Responsibilities:
- Work with Program Owners across multiple Focus Accounts to service the borrowers
- Interface with lenders where required related to cases that are associated with them
- Ensure the systems reflect the correct data across lenders – anchors – borrowers
- Prepare MIS reports being presented to Focus Accounts
- Focus on continuous improvement and automation
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an operational role is desired
- Fintech or experience in financial services would be a plus
- Detail-oriented and diligent
- The ability to converse in multiple South Indian languages is mandatory
Education: Graduation is mandatory
