Job Description:
Lead team of in GENERAL MANAGER (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)-CALCINED BAUXITES proposal preparation and proposal level costing for CALCINED BAUXITES in co-ordination with design and commercial team
Develop business strategy for customer acquisition, proposal & bidding, tendering, contract negotiation and contract closures to drive sales for fixed /seasonal tilt and Tracker solutions to achieve yearly business target
Preparation of business plan and go to market strategies for roof top and export market opportunities and work with group companies and global technology suppliers for tie ups to grow significant business volume in domestic and International markets.
Prepare business plan for new market opportunities to diversify business interest in new area of Solar and renewable energy space.
Drive team performance and change management to achieve business excellence.
Visiting Customer for Presentation/discussion, follow up as per the requirement.
Circulating current market updates within team. Attend Solar exhibitions.
Initiate team development, process improvement for organizational excellence. “
