COLLECTION EXECUTIVE
Job Description:
1) Payment collection from customers as per the bills submitted and tracking of pending payment
2) Visit the Client & inform them about the outstanding dues, if any
3) Submit the Bill for Payment process
4) Continue follow ups via Mail, phone & Visit
5) Maintaining data of all the transaction with respect to payment collection & outstanding in Excel
Job Description :-Transport Arrangement
1) Planning, organizing & controlling of over-all Transportation
2) Ensured timely delivery of the goods to the customers.
3) Hiring the Vehicles all types as per requirement.
4) Negotiation with vendor, clients & customers & Transportation mgmt.
