Hiring for Since1992, with manufacturing and exporting various adhesive tapes for different commercial, industrial and household purposes. We have our own developed brand as STICOL". range of products comprises of Cloth Tape, Paper Masking Tapes, Surface Protection - Guard Film, PVC Tapes, Foil Tapes, Foam Tapes, Double Sided Tapes made from tissue paper/foam / Cloth & Film

Position: - Area Sales Manager

Qualification: Graduate and above

Experience: 3-4 years (tapes, automotive, white goods industry) 

Salary (Tentative): up to 30k  (no bar for right candidates)

Location: Pune/ Aurangabad

Job Description:                               

Maximize the business to a higher extent, should be the key contact person between our client & organization. Assist the HOD/Manager with sales/marketing-related queries & in training the new employees if required.

1)  Coordinate with Admin/Customer service operations for sales processes, orders & payments.

2)  Track the progress of the sale of weekly, monthly & quarterly as per the company’s goal.

3)  Motivate staff to perform their best by being their mentor.

4)  Coach & support new & existing sales executives if required.

5)  Suggest & assist sales training programs & techniques to the Manager / HOD.

6)  Handle customer complaints/escalations.

7)  Generating Leads.

8)  Converting inquiries into Order

9)  Preparing quotation and end-to-end follow-up to close the order.

10)  Creating Brand Awareness in Market

11)  Creating Channel Partners

12)  Acquiring New Customers & Maintaining existing customers.

13)  End-use brand awareness.

14)  Coordinating with customer & internal department for smooth sales.

15)  Maintaining good rapport with customers for regular sales.

16)  Aiming to achieve monthly target.

17)  Attending Trade exhibitions, conferences & meetings when required.

18)  Maintaining accurate records & customer details.

19)  Business Development & retaining the sleeping clients.

20)  Timely & Regular Reporting.

21)  Should be the key contact person between an organization & its clients, answering queries, offering advice & introducing company products.

22)  Preparing the sales report & sharing the master sales sheet to the HOD and HR of the company monthly basis before the monthly meeting.
