Experience: - Min. 7 to 10 Years (In Pharmaceutical Industry)
Qualifications: - BE/Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering.
Salary: 4-6 L/A
Job Description:
- Monitoring, operation, and maintenance of DCS (Delta-V Emerson), PLC, SCADA, BMS, and instrument system.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of field instruments in Pharma companies.
- Deep knowledge of Calibration of Analytical, Smart process instruments.
- Implementation of the calibration of instruments and maintaining the documentation as per GMP without any deviation.
- Calibration Knowledge of UV sensor, UV meter, Flow meter, level transmitter, Conductivity sensor, ORP sensor, Flowmeter, Pressure gauge, PH sensor, and transmitter etc.
- Experience in development of Control System Validation Documents/Protocols like Validation Plan (VP), Requirement specification documents like (URS/FRS/DQ), Risk Assessment (RA), IQ, OQ, PQ, and Validation Report (VR) as per GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
