WELDING SHOP INCHARGE

Job Description:

A) Responsibility
? Might have completed a valid certification course will be added advantage (IIW, Euro
Cert, AWS etc)
? Previous work experience as a welding inspector and able to develop welding fixtures
? Knowledge of TIG, MIG, laser, butt, and arc welding techniques will be an added
advantage, knowledge of dp test
? Ability to read and interpret drawings.
? Knowledge of health and safety practices.
? Good management and supervision skills.
? Should be able to handle team of 8-10 welders, and make plannings
? Should be able to train the welders, improve welding practices, production
B) Knowledge – required

C) Experience - 8 - 10 Years
D) Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar field.
E) Age – Not more than above 40 Years
F) Languages – Command over written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
G) Skills and Competencies

H) Salary Range - 30000 - 45000
