Hiring for Di Cots, Jigs, Fixtures Manufacturing Industry
Position: - Maintenance Technician
Qualifications: - ITI/DEE
Experience: - Min 2 years of Experience in Machine Maintenance
Salary:- 1.80 LPA
Job responsibilities:
- Installation of YASKAWA MOTOMAN welding Robot.
- Hydraulic as well as pneumatic cylinder maintenance.
- In-house copper tubing making for fixture
- Having work experience in maintaining health Yaskawa Robot ,Drilling , Bending , Press m/c).
- Maintenance in electrical trouble shooting with knowledge of electrical system.
- knowledge of Hydraulic/pneumatic circuits, sensors, motors.
- Cockpit concept implemented on Robot as well as boring Machine.
- Problem Solving of Utility Equipment like Air Compressors, Sizzler lifter.
- Preventive, predictive and daily maintenance of following equipment's.
- Robot, Panasonic welding machines
- Worked on Special Purpose Machine
