Job Description:

• Installation and repair: Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment. 
• Electrical work: Lay conduits for low voltage wiring, help with the assembly of electrical components like motors and panels, and assist in the installation of circuit breakers. 
• Maintenance and inspections: Conduct routine inspections to identify and fix electrical problems and assist in general maintenance of electrical systems. 
• Tool and equipment use: Safely operate a variety of tools and equipment, including power construction equipment, measuring devices, and testing equipment. 
• Safety adherence: Strictly follow all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment, and responding to emergency situations when necessary. 
• Support and assistance: Provide support to electricians by holding materials, cleaning the work area, and performing other assigned duties. 
• Record keeping: Maintain detailed records of work performed. 

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. 
• Technical knowledge: A basic understanding of electrical systems and components. 
• Physical ability: Ability to perform manual labor, which may include climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting objects up to 55 pounds. 
• Soft skills: Strong attention to detail, the ability to follow both oral and written instructions, and excellent communication skills. 
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
