Job Description:
- Sound knowledge in Labour Law and Welfare Activities.
- Conduct various committee meeting of workers & Mothers meeting.
- Counsel the workmen as and when required to enhance productivity.
- Conduct various engagement activities for workers to improve their morale and motivation.
- Conduct various awareness programs such as compliance, Wellness, Health etc.
- Good communication skills.
Kannada Proficiency is Mandatory for this Job Role and Educational Qualification should MSW Passed out.
Candidate should have working experience with Garment Industry.
