Job Responsibilities:

He / She will be part of a team that will analyze user requirements. He / She will code, test and debug programs on large-scale, complex projects. Exercise independent judgment to solve challenges inherent in application development.
Think & act as a software engineer and should exhibit sense of ownership and have entrepreneur mindset. Participate in refinement meetings – refining features or defects for next sprint. Participate in the definition and design of new application features.

Required skills:

• 8-10 yearsof experience developing robust applications with high availability, performance and scalability requirements.
• Experience in requirements analysis, software architecture, and design.
• Proficient with Javain a SaaS based environment.
• Proficient with JEE or Spring frameworks.
• Proficient with/concept in modern Web framework (Javascript, Angular 9 or above, HTML5)
• Proficient with database development using SQL.
• Proficient with developing services using REST with JSON.
• Proficient with ORM technologies such as Hibernate, JPA, or JDBCTemplate.
• Proficient with JBOSS, WildFly or other Java application servers.
• Proficient with NoSQL database technologies (MongoDB or Cassandra)
• Proficiency in diagnose and resolve issues in complex environments.
• Proficiency with developing micro services is a must
• Proficiency with any of messaging/persistence (Apache Camel, ActiveMQ, Kafka)
• Experience in application performance analysis and tuning
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

Good to have skills:

• Experience in Webpack
• Experience using jQuery and other JS frameworks
• Experience with AWS is a plus
• Experience with Mobile App development is a plus
• Healthcare IT technologies and standards (CCDA, HL7, FHIR) is a plus
• Version control software experience in GIT/SVN
• Full software lifecycle development experience
• Strong communication skills

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science OR equivalent degree.
