SALES MANAGER - AUTOMOBILE SHOWROOM SALES
he Showroom Sales Manager will be responsible to oversee and manage all operations of the Sales Department and Sales Team
Essential Responsibilities
- To build and maintain relationships with our customers, employees and vendors
- To grow and develop their direct reports
- Ensure Sales Department contributes acceptable levels of gross and net profit
- Ensure Sales Executives are well trained, motivated, and available when needed
- Oversees sales, trade-ins and delivery of all new and used vehicles
- Hold daily group meeting with Sales Executives
- Confirm all appointments when received from BDC
- Perform daily review if Sales Executives planners
- Review Save a Deal on a daily basis and follow up with customers and staff
- Perform T.O. and document conversation with customer in Autobase notes
- Review prospect and owner calls daily
- Ensure all customers are properly turned over to the F&I Manager at time deal is written
- Ensure simonize video is shown to EVERY customer
- To challenge and hold Sales Executives accountable to meeting and exceeding the set expectations of their position
