Design&Draftingof Injection mould Design & Drafting of Jigs and Fixtures Designing of Electrode Product design Working in a team of Design Engineers.I Injection mould, Prototype moulds. EDM Electrode design, Jigs, Fixtures and Gauge design, Stamping die design including single stage, Progressive, Compound, Combination. Manifold systems. Plastics injection molding product and Process development; with special interests in part and mold Design and Core &Cavity extraction. Designing and follow up of Single cavity, multiple cavity Family moulds, and Insert moldings. Reverse engineering.
