Position: - Maintenance Technician
Qualifications: - ITI/Diploma
Experience: - Min 3 years of Experience in the Machining division with CNC Machines.
Salary:- up to 3 LPA
Job responsibilities:
- Maintaining Daily Maintenance Logbook & Breakdown Slip.
• Maintenance of electrical and electronics component Motor CNC, VMC, HMC.
• Replaced faulty relays, switches and motors and Position sensing devices.
• Breakdown and preventive maintenance of CNC, VMC, and HMC Machine.
• Ensuring the safety of shop floor workers.
• Implementation of poka-yoka, 5s, Kaizen, Safety.
• To make preventive maintenance schedule (Daily, weekly, m/c History card, of every machine.
• Taking backup of all machines.
• Check machine clamping force and run out.
• Attending all breakdowns & troubleshooting in the shift Collection of past breakdown data.
• Assembly & disassembly of CNC, HMC machines chuck nut, tailstock & drawbar bearing replacement.
• Axis ball screw & bearing replacement.
• Collection of past breakdown data.
• Spindle orientation & Axis reference set
