• • *      The candidate should have at least 4-6 years of experience in Sterling Order Management consulting/implementation
    *      He/she should have at least 5-7 years' experience in major retail industry.
    *      He/she should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
    *      He/she should have strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem solving skills within complex enterprise systems
    *      He/she should have an in depth understanding on the business process and functionalities along with the hands on experience on the following Sterling functional areas:
    
    o   Participant Set up
    
    o   Sourcing and Scheduling*
    
    o   Supply collaboration
    
    o   Inventory management
    
    o   Catalog management
    
    o   Sales order fulfillment
    
    o   Payment compliance and settlement systems
    
    o   Real Time availability Monitor options
    
    o   Returns and Exchanges
    
    *      He/she should have a good understanding of Sterling OMS ecosystem that includes but not limited to the following applications: Cyber Source, AVS, Vertex, Responses, SVS and legacy systems, Fulfillment Systems, Financial systems
    *      He/She should have the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with minimum oversight
    *      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is desired but not mandatory
    *      Post graduation in Management is desired but not mandatory.
