Job Description:
Making cold calls and establish effective contact points with customers & OEM.
? Enhance Revenue Generation through Air compressor, Pneumatic Tools sales and service.
?Understanding requirements, Preparing and Submitting offer to customers.
? Prepare Visit Data, Projection, Order Won-Loss Report, Lead Report and send it across RM.
? Enquiry Generation to order conversion.
? Sale of service in the designated region through on-call, AMC of compressors and allocating service Engineers.
? Allocating Sales Engineers to the potential areas and work on their input
Visit clients and produce company Presentations
? Prepare Pricing, EI, OSF and forward it to MD & SSUP.
? Prepare Offer, GAD approval requests and send to Clients.
? Negotiations, Order Conversion and payment Collections.
? Collect Complaint and Feedback forms from Customers.
? Prepare Sales data Analysis and to present at Sales team STOP Meetings.
? Study and Understand the ISO Norms and implement accordingly.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates Must be B.tech with MBA with 8-12 Year Experience in industrial business development
- Self-motivated and individual contributor to assignments provided.
- Proficient Interpersonal Relationships & Negotiation Skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Office Suite and Computer Aided Designing.
- Worked as a Team Leader at project sites, have proficient skills in managing a large team of Workers.
