Project Role : Application Lead  Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Must have Skills : Workday Core HCM  Good to Have Skills :  Workday Core Integrations  Job Requirements :    Key Responsibilities :   a: Technical Analyst that will take ownership of Time, Absence, Payroll and PICOF Integrations Coordinating/Leading other Technical Analyst and making sure all integrations run smoothly and requirements for new developments are gathered properly b: Troubleshoot integrations that communicate Workday with our global systems landscape c:Gather requirements from the business for:  Development of new integrations, Enhancements to existing integrations    Technical Experience :   a:  Experience with Workday system integrations b: SOA development XML, XPath, XSLT, Web Services, etc c:Integration Certified Optional, XSLT, Workday    Professional Attributes :   a: At least 4-6 years of experience with Integration Development, troubleshooting, etc b: o Fluent in English c: Communicate with external vendors for any issues/modifications/amendments/testing/development of integrations    Educational Qualification :   a: Any specific Bachelors / Master Degree candidate must be from any Computers background    Additional Information :   a: At least 4-6 years of experience with Integration Development, troubleshooting, etc b: o Fluent in English c: Communicate with external vendors for any issues/modifications/amendments/testing/development of integrations
