Content Manager
Job Description:

Assess and define content gaps to deliver against customer needs and strategic business priorities, ensuring learnings and insights are translated into clear recommendations for journey development, user experience, and new product development |
Provide guidance to business teams to support the design and execution of new and existing content |
|
Write new and enhance existing content and remove redundant content, based on feedback from qualitative and quantative data, Operational requirments that strengthens our SEO and re-purpose that across different media. |
Upload and publish all content to the content management system |
|
Ensure content hierarchy is maintained and that CMS content changes are done in line with best practices |
|
Participation in projects as content SME advising and contributing as required e.g. testing of user experience |
Execute content testing using A/B and multi-variant testing, ensuring findings are translated into business insight |
Judicious use of natural resources |
Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization. |
Education: Further education with 2-3 years of overall experience. |
Experience: 1. Experience working in digital teams, specifically in e-commerce 2. Capabilities in writing digital content across media types that drives engagement and online sales 3. Commercial experience working in a content environment, preferably with client-side e-commerce experience 4. Experience of running a content and UX optimization programmes 5. Experience of using web analytics and content management tools 6. Prior experience and understanding of the visa outsourcing market is a plus
