Team Leader Housing Loans Operations
Job Description:
- Should have knowledge of Bulk Disbursement Processing & Clearance of Hold Files
- Handling end to end loan process
- File checking, documentations scrutiny & validation of customer’s documents
- Ensuring desired TAT for processing of loan files and escalation managemenT
- Close co-ordination with their branch officials of all departments For clearance of all files and smooth processing of transactions
- Preparation of Daily Excel Reports on behalf of Team
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- Should have minimum 4-5 years of experience in Housing Loan AND Team Handling role
- Male candidates would be preferred only.
- Must have knowledge of Advanced Excel, Excellent communication & coordination
- Lead and develop an effective Team (Team of 7) through communication, performance management and reward/recognition practices.
- Balances team and individual responsibilities, gives and welcomes feedback, contributes to building a positive team spirit.
- Candidate should be from Mumbai Location but his Job location will be Solapur for First 18 Months, then he will be at Mumbai location.
