IT Support Trainee
Job Description:
Position: Trainee/ Offroll Person
Department: IT Support
Budget: 10 to 12 K stipend per month
Key Skills:
1) PC Hardware and troubleshooting
2) Installation and troubleshooting of Softwares like MS Office, Acrobat Reader, Do PDF, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, WinZip, WinRAR, Antivirus
3) Basic knowledge of ERP / SAP clients.
2) Network Troubleshooting (LAN and WAN), IP addressing, RJ54 crimping
3) Installation, Configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows operating system ( Windows 7, 8.1, and 10)
4) Knowledge of Windows Update and Security Updates
5) Can solve technical problems remotely also on the phone
7) Basic Knowledge of Domain, DNS, and DHCP
8) WiFi Device configuration and troubleshooting
9) Awareness of Browser, Internet, Internet Speed
10) Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Network Printer, USB Printer, Scanner
11) Basic Knowledge of Email.
