Job Description:
We have an urgent opening in manufacturing company.
The profile is for Senior Engineer.
The location is in Pune, Maharashtra
JD:
| Awareness, Adherence & Sustainence of ISO/TS : 16949 Quality Systems in Area of Control | ||||
| Awareness, Adherence & Sustenance to MSES/AHQ//OHSAS/EMS, Standards and Procedures under area of control | ||||
| Maintaining all the metallurgical characteristics of the incoming and ongoing process materials within the specifications | ||||
| Plan and execute metchem inspection of parts on periodic basis. | ||||
| Producing the metallurgical reports for the warranty parts within 48 hours after receiving the warranty parts | ||||
| Maintaining the metallurgical consumables as available by ordering on time to avoid scarcity | ||||
| Keeping the metallurgical instruments calibrated by doing calibration on time to avoid any inaccuracies | ||||
| Clearing the GRN within 24 hours of receiving the raw material and after checking the metallurgical parameters | ||||
| Handling the metallurgical layout inspection (every part at least once in a year ) | ||||
| To conduct special process (CQI) audit and validation | ||||
| Analysis of failed parts and preperation of report |
