Executive/ Sr. Executive Account - Fitness Industry- Goregaon, Mumbai

Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Executive/ Sr. Executive Account- for a reputed company at the Goregaon, Mumbai location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Excellent Accounting experience
• Experience in Tally Prime.
• Vetting of Bank Guarantees, PO’s against receivables, LC’s, etc. 
• Arranging the Bank Guarantee, DD ( EMD / Security Deposits/etc.) – yes
• Asset Related Work - Insurance, Claim, RC Book, etc. – insurance readily available quote negotiation
• Debtors follow up – YES
• Scrutiny of CHA invoices - YES
• Insurance renewal quote finalization – Quote negotiation with the insurance company
• Collection updation monthly ( Sales Collection ) - yes
• BG ( Bank Guarantee ) issuance from draft finalization to issuance to customer – yes
• Lease finance coordination with the customer and with NBFC – yes
• We need a candidate who is well-versed with tally and accounting data. Experience – 5-6 years at least.
• Who knows how to raise sales and purchase invoices.
• Well-versed with Excel.
• Having knowledge of BG will be good if we get such a candidate.
• A person who knows/understands debtors' follow-up and can independently follow up with salesperson for debtors follow-up.
• Email drafting most importantly.

Preferred Candidates :

• From the accounts background – and worked with a tally
• studied to read BG, PO, etc.- the person who understand term mentioned n PO & BG
• Legal expertise – optional
