Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Management Trainee – Sales for a reputed company for  (Mumbai, Gujarat, Bangalore, Delhi, Pune) locations.

Role Overview:

We are looking for self-motivated sales professionals to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for the regions. You should ensure that your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Developing a market presence and generating demand for an upcoming brand/imprint
  •  Business development role, involving management of end-to-end sales processes (right from prospecting/cold-calling to deal negotiation, closure, and client handling)
  •  Developing a strategy to achieve yearly sales objectives and follow up through monthly forecasts, meetings, conference calls, etc
  •  Meeting sales targets with high levels of integrity and compliance, as per the goal sheet
  •  Ensuring strict adherence to all sales processes, right from client research to acquisition to client servicing and management as well as to all company processes.
  •  Seeking out new prospective customers and developing new business relationships
  •  Ensuring that all prospects are uploaded on the Salesforce
  •  Investigating reasons for lost sales
  •  Maintaining an excellent relationship with assigned clients, be it schools, booksellers, or distributors
  •  Generating timely reports, such as monthly sales reports and target performance
  •  Traveling extensively across the region for promotional activities, generating demand, and ensuring seamless supplies
  •  Shall be responsible for the collection of payments within the given cycle as per the company norms.
