Production - Weld (SPOT)

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:
·         Responsible for Production documents verify on daily basis(P verification, Welding strength verify(DT/NDT), Parameter verification, Down time data monitoring, Production data monitoring.)
·         Responsibility for production planning
·         Knowledge of Cost of Poor Quality.
·         Implementation knowledge in Poka-yoke and responsible for Poka-yoke audit plan.
·         Counter measures through process for direct customer quality issues.
·         Knowledge about MIG Welding, Spot Welding , Projection welding and welding penetration parameters.
·         Responsible for daily process audit as per control plan, monitoring of final parts inspection.
·         Responsible for Red Bin analysis and maintaining MIS (management information system) on monthly basis and doing CAPA
·         Responsible for operator training monitoring, operator check sheet & other line check sheet.
·         Responsible to take corrective action for line problems through root cause analysis and take counter measure and implementation of actions.
·         To ensure that the activities are performed as per control plan and work instructions.
