Recruitment Coordinator (Off Role) - General Insurance Co.- Mumbai ( Lower Parel)
Job Description:
JD:
- To assist in all the recruitment activities including self-sourcing, profile shortlisting, vendor management, interview coordination, and offer documentation.
- Responsible for updating & maintaining daily, weekly and monthly trackers.
- Following up with the candidates on their resignation acceptance from the current/last employer before joining & initiate their onboarding formalities.
- Ensuring submission of vendor invoices and payment clearance in coordination with the internal teams & stakeholders.
REQUIRED SKILL SET:
- To be well versed with excel (vlook up, hlook up, pivot, charts, etc)
- Should have worked on job portals like Naukri.com/shine.com/indeed.com.
- Should be meticulous at following up to ensure closure of pending tasks.
COMPENSATION: Rs. 25,000/- p.m.
JOB NATURE: CONTRACTUAL (contract to be renewed every 6 months subject to satisfactory performance & business requirement)
WORK TIMINGS: Monday to Friday (10 AM to 6 PM)
LOCATION: Lower Parel (WFO twice a week)
