The candidate should have knowledge about MS office,Basic knowledge of computers
Qualification- Proficiency in communication skills, Hindi/English speaking, Soft spoken and well-mannered. Basic knowledge of computers, MS office.
JD- Mainly receiving calls of the customers, query resolution, counselling over the phone and backoffice work.
Industry- Education
Annual CTC- 96000-132000 (depending on the caliber and experience of the candidate)
