Job Description:
We're hiring for the following position. Kindly find details.
Designation:Head of Operations - Paper Cup Project ( Designation- Sr. Manager / AGM Operations)
Location: Goa plant
CTC: Will be discussed in person
Qualification : Diploma /Degree in Printing& Packaging
Experience : 15 to 20 years of Experience in handling the plant
Responsibility:
- Responsible for setting up setting up a paper cup project which includes selection of man, machine, materials & setting up the methods to execute as per world class norms and specially should have in depth knowledge of European /American quality requirement prevailing the same industry
- To improve & maintain overall productivity of Paper cups machines
- He should recommended raw material sourcing and to procure with the help of the Purchase Dept.
- He will be in charge of the overall operations of the Paper Cups.
- Will be involved in training local staff in handling production independently.
