Commercial Manager
Job Description:
- Take care of all kind of taxation of our business and their documentation, responsible for compliance thereof.
- Cash flow/working capital management of the Branch.
- Payment management of vendors and their reconciliations.
- Management of account receivables and reconciliation thereof. Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget (both sale and Expenses) and exercising on budgetary controls of my handling state.
- Ensuring regular and correct accounting.
- Report to management regarding the finances of establishment and also marketing issues and developing market scheme on branch level with discussion with sales team.
- Preparation of periodic MIS reports as per requirement of the management.
- Knowledge of Income Tax/GST.
- Review and publish timely monthly / Quarterly / annual financial statements of my handling branches.
